To create an appointment segment in the 'CRM' section.
We will create a simple segment, ie save all contacts that have an email '@gmail.com'.
For that we will choose from the menu left in our CRM, 'email' contains '@gmail.com'.
We will then save this segment by clicking on 'save this segment'.
Choose the name of your segment and save it:
Once your segment is backed up, go to 'emails,' then make a new campaign.
Once you are in the editor, choose the source 'from a segment' in the menu on the right.
Drag and drop the 'from segment' round to the left. Then click on the 'orange' circle to change the source of the segment and choose 'contains gmail.com'.
You are now able to create a segment and then associate it as a source with an email campaign.
