1. Export all your users' email address and extract their domain.
The first thing to do is to export all your users so you can copy all the email addresses. Go to Domain Check Plugin Extractor and paste them. You can also upload a file if you prefer.
Click on find domains.
Now, copy all these domains as we will use them to get the list of everyone in the company.
2. Get the collaborators.
Create an account on Anyleads. Go to the enrich domain feature and paste your domains. You can also give a name to your list so you can easily retrieve them later.
Submit. You should see your newly added list being computed. It should take a few minutes depending of how many domains you uploaded.
After a few minutes, you will be able to download it.
3. Email them.
So what can you do with all these emails. You can [create an automated campaign on Anyleads with follow-ups], add them to your mailchimp etc. Pretty simple right?
